What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! We allow for a 75% refund for any order cancelled after confirmation. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling to a new delivery date will incur an additional $50 fee.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 10 miles from 450 Washington St, New York, NY 10013.

* For Jersey customer, unfortunately we only deliver to Jersey city and Hoboken.

What time is delivery?

We are a small business, no single day has the same schedule so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Typically, our deliveries are made between 11Am-4pm EST.

How long do the flowers last?

Floral design is, at its core, an ephemeral art form. We hand select florals 24-48 hours before arranging to maximize freshness and longevity. However, depending on the condition of each new environment the florals are in, we can not guarantee how long they will last. We recommend embracing and enjoying the beauty of impermanence that each arrangement allows for in the time it has with us.

How do we keep the flowers when we receive it?

Once received, put it in a vase or fill the water to the top as soon as possible. We recommend keeping the florals out of direct sunlight, changing the water everyday, take out any stems that have wilted (each flower will have their own timeline). This will ensure the clean drinking water and happy flowers!

收到花后如何保存?

收到后请您尽快放入花瓶或加满水。我们建议避免阳光直射,每天换水,以及去除已枯萎的花茎(每朵花都有自己的存活时间)。这将确保清洁的水和快乐的花卉!

When is the latest is can put in an order?

We can take an order as late as 24 hours before delivery date. However, please make sure you’ve received a confirmation from us.

I’ve placed on order, but haven’t gotten confirmation!

Please routinely check your Junk/Spam Inbox for an email from our studio, we unfortunately tend to end up there sometimes! You can also preemptively whitelist info@flowersbyjenn.com to ensure confirmation receipt.
